Empress of the Moon

My 3rd character design in my original story about the rivaling Sun and Moon Empresses.

I wanted the Moon Empress to have a very different color pallet to her rival. The headpiece is moon shaped, the draping of the gown was inspired by crescent moon shapes, as was the ear piece that hangs across her chest. The glowing balls of light are a representation of her magical abilities.
